Steering Torque Sensor
The RACELOGIC Steering Torque Sensor directly connects to a data logger and measures a vehicle’s steering angle or torque.
- CAN and analogue output to your data acquisition system
- 3 sensor variants, 50, 100 & 200 Nm torque
- Steering angle resolution 0.1°
- Ideal for tests such as ECE R79, ISO 4138 and ISO 7401
Key Features
Adheres to Test Standards
The RACELOGIC Steering Torque Sensor accurately measures a vehicle’s steering angle or torque in tests such as ECE R79, ISO 4138 and ISO 7401.
High Dynamic Response
The sensor has a fine resolution of steer angle (0.1°) and comes with three variants of steering torque (50, 100 & 200 Nm).
CAN Bus & Analogue Output
The RACELOGIC Steering Torque Sensor connects directly to your data acquisition system via a CAN or analogue output.
No Interference
Existing steering wheel functions, such as vehicle control elements, will not be affected when using the Steering Wheel Sensor.
Easy Installation
A universal steering wheel adapter is included, making it quick and easy to mount to any vehicle, without having to remove the actual steering wheel.
ISO Calibration
The steering wheel sensor can be calibrated to ISO 17025 standard, if required.
