Universal 2-Year Warranty

From 1 March 2026, every new product we ship globally includes a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, giving every customer, regardless of location, the same level of protection and peace of mind.

What’s Covered

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any product that develops a fault caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • Improper assembly

Repairs under warranty are provided free of charge, including workmanship and standard return shipping.

If a repair is not possible, we will provide either:

  • The same model, or
  • An equivalent or better replacement if the original has been discontinued.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to faults resulting from:

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Operation outside specified environmental or electrical limits
  • Damage caused by external equipment or wiring

If a product is returned and the issue falls outside warranty coverage, we will provide a cost estimate before any repair work is carried out.

How to Make a Warranty Claim or Arrange a Repair

Our process is straightforward:

  1. Contact our support team with your product model and serial number.
  2. We issue a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number with shipping instructions.
  3. Once received, we complete a diagnostic assessment (typically within 10 working days)

You will be informed of findings, next steps, and timelines at every stage.
